OUR SERVICE
Jordan Brooks Catering specializes in providing catering and event coordination for events in the Greater Seattle area. We work with clients to make beautiful, delicious, personalized events for parties of two to 200.
Services include:
* Catering
* Bartenders
* Invitations
* Venue decoration
* Event consultation
* Vendor research and referrals (bakers, florists, photographers, entertainers, etc.)
Our well-trained staff is especially fond of helping to create fabulous weddings for any budget – from the simple to the elaborate, we work with our clients to make their special day remarkable!
We also enjoy working with corporate clients to execute professional and tasteful (don’t forget fun) meetings and company events.

OUR TEAM
Monique Johnson, Executive Chef
Ms. Johnson has over ten years of experience in the Hospitality industry, having worked in every position in both restaurant and catering environments. Her culinary style is influenced both by her childhood in the Northwest and her parents, originally from Louisiana. As our Executive Chef, she combines local and seasonal Northwestern fare with a Creole twist, and produces creative and delectable dishes that will leave your guests impressively satisfied.
In her free time, Ms. Johnson enjoys running, spending time with her family, and watching the Food Network!
Eron Hayes, Director of Development
Mrs. Hayes started her first business right out of high school providing personal assisting, fundraising, and event/travel planning for multiple clientele while attending the University of Washington. From there, she has helped develop businesses in industries from Hospitality to Technology. As Director of Development, she handles all the “business” of Jordan Brooks Catering, as well as providing event coordination services to clients.
In her free time, Mrs. Hayes enjoys being pregnant with her first child and attempting to beat Martha Stewart at her own game!
